In my HTML sometimes I have local images and sometimes I have images that are hyperlinked.  Sometimes I have a "tag" that I substitute real time, such as <a href="[INSERTIMAGE]">.  I want the editor to leave my HTML alone and not change it ever!  Before I had the problem where it was stripping out the local URL.  I changed the ChangeAbsoluteUrlToRelative  property per your suggestion and now it is appending the local URL to non-local HTTP addresses.  What should I do?  Again, I want the editor to leave my HTML alone and not change it ever!
