Take a look at the file "how_to_create_a_custom_button.aspx" in the vb directory of the download.  That Page_load function sure looks like C# to me...

 

It's just one example of many.  Perhaps I downloaded the wrong thing?  The file I got is "CuteEditor_for_NET5.zip"
