My current host has decided to close up shop.  I will need to go to a new host (server) within the next 3 mo.  I currently own a IP license for Dotnetedit and I will need a new license file for the new IP address. 

 

Questions:

1) Do I need to upgrade to  cutesoft or can I just get  a new license file as is .

 

2) If  I upgrade, how much will it cost to get the new license file. I current use Dotnetedit on non profit organization websites and do not charge for my service, would I be better off using a free editor as before.  The MAIN REASON I bought the product was the abilty for easy image uploads.
