I've got a similar problem. I edit my pages on http://localhost/manager/, and the pages I edit are found in http://localhost/paper/ .. when I insert <img src="Images/logo.gif"> in firefox it retrieves http://localhost/manager/Images/logo.gif, when in IE it gets the correct file http://localhost/paper/Images/logo.gif .. Does Anyone have some suggestions?
