I have tried your code. But while it works with the height (I think the widht/height values are in points?), the width is always 217mm when I open the pdf file, no matter what I have assigned as the width (I have tried a couple of values).

 

Any idea?

 

Also it seems that the content will be rescaled depending on this settings?
