I've noticed there are cases where displayed text for a link, the bit between <a> and </a>, is not displayed in the editor.  I get something like this <a href="url"></a> instead of <a href="url">LINK TEXT</a>.

 

I've not determined an exact pattern when this occurs other than I've seen it happen mostly in tables.

 

Anyone seen this?  It is becoming quite an issue for me.
