html problem for 'mail to' link.

when we type --- mailto:[email protected] in the cute editor,

the link in the html view becomes :-

<a href="mailto:xyz@abc.com">

mailto:[email protected]</a>

and why not it is like this :-

<a href="mailto:[email protected]">mailto:[email protected]</a>
