Our website is only plain asp, and not asp.net. I asked adam about this when he was online, and he told me that we can install cute live help in asp. Unfortunately the programmer I hired has a hard time about how to install this.

And also our website is done in ms access. Can we do it via ms access as well?

Please help, can anybody give me proper direction to do this? It is not in the manual as well.
