It's ok, our programmer already helped me install it, but I have to upgrade my hosting to have ms sql 2000 database. They still couldn't figure out how to install it with ms access.
But I have a different problem now. Now that it is installed on our website, I cannot run the live operator on my pc. I already posted it in another post, but here is the error again:
