If you Invite an Anonymous user from the “Live Support Operator” - and after the Anonymous user types in their name in the script prompt window then presses OK - they (the user) gets the following goofy text:

Please choose a nickname for yourself to begin chatting. Your nickname will identify you to other users in the chat room. Nicknames can be a maximum of 20 characters long, must begin with a letter and cannot contain spaces or the characters.

The part that is goofy is:

The anonymous user will only see this text after he/she/it types in a name in the script box.  So inserting the above text after the fact seems a bit silly.
