I donwloaded the CuteLiveSupport.zip from the Downloads section

I completely removed the CuteLiveSupport.zip and LiveSupportOperatorClient.msi and downloaded the NukeLiveSupport4.zip to use with my DNN4 portal. Installation went fine and I added the Admin operator in the Administration Console via my DNN portal. Now I cannot login as Admin, I get the following message: "You entered an invalid username/password or you don't have permission to access the service".

 

what should I do?
