I'm evaluating integration package and finally could start the chat room using my app's user information.
 
Now I have this problem.
 
When a remote user enters the room on the user pane list next to the user's name apperar this text : UI_USER_SILENCE and when the user tries to send a message he/she can´t do it and the cutechat app reports an UI_SILENCE_UNABLEACTION message
 
What is going on?

Also, I'd like to know if there's a way to:
 
a) Set a particular room topic when an user enters from an URL.
 
b) Send a particular text as its first message. For example, on CuteSoft live support when you want to chat to the operator you can write a questions before entering the room, I guess that the operator sees that question somehow. How can this be accomplished?
