On the integration package I'd like to know if there's a way to:
 
a) Set a particular room topic when an user enters from an URL.
 
b) Send a particular text as the user first message when entering a room. For example, on CuteSoft live support when you want to chat to the operator you can write a questions before entering the room, I know that the operator sees that question on the windows livesupport UI. But, how can this be accomplished on CuteChat as a "first" message on the room when the user enters.

 

What I mean is if this can be done via URL/querystrings?
