  Your program works great, I think i might need a little guidance on this issue though. We have the live support installed on one web site (a), in the Virtual Directory. We now have another site (b) that we want to use site (a) live support, so that they both use the same service. I created a new VD inside of site (b) and pointed it to where the orginial live support was installed.

 

My problem is that we want the operator to be able to see the customers for both site (a) and (b) but I have found it doesnt work and you have to login different url's when logging in the Operator client. Is tere a way to do this?

 

Example:
www.siteA.com/LiveSupport --> points  to c:/ftpsites/LiveSupportChat

www.siteB.com/LiveSupport --> points to c:/ftpsites/LiveSupportChat

 

Operator must login under different urls to see the customers. I need siteB to point to the VD of siteA or something like that. Possible?
