I didn't put CuteEditor inside any controls. However, when I was creating the simple aspx as your suggestion, I figured it out. I'm using Visual Studio 2005 to create the aspx file. The following tag is automatically inserted into the file. With the tag, the CuteEditor always defaults to no height if I use percentage value in "Height" attribute. But, without the tag, it works.
