Jon.Lee: I'm having the same problem. The custom culture keeps being reset to "en-US"? Is there any other way to set this culture? Our website is STRICTLY french and we don't want to use any other xml except the french one.
Also, the web applications culture is set in the web.config. Shouldn't this cause CuteChat to default to this culture?
