Adam, I don't understand what you're asking me to test.

I've added the code you've suggested to a new page which you can see here: http://www3.breezegroup.net/cuteEditorErrorDemo/webform2.aspx

From what I can see, the maintain position code works perfectly on this page.  It is only the first page with the CuteEditor on which is broken.
