1. The download default.aspx (all buttons) doesn't seem to have a file open option. How do I do that?

 

2. We need to intercept the file open event and point the user to a list from which we will stream a file. How do we handle streams?

 

3. We need to intercept the file close event and stream the contents to a memory or file stream.
