I am developing a site with 2 sub portals, sub 1 is working fine, sub 2 is not working well with the cute editor. I think it may be related to the skin ...I am using Oxygen by Evan Oneill http://previews.nukeville.com/Default.aspx?alias=previews.nukeville.com/oxygen-rust and for some reason it will not display the editor correctly...this is not the way it displays on the other portals that use different skins...is this a skin issue or a config issue?
