Dialog pop-ups don't specify correct filters

    Dialog pop-ups don't specify correct filters

    Whenever I click the [Browse] button from any of the Insert functions, it always shows:
     
    All Files
    Pictures
    HTML
     
    instead of the filters specified in the security config file.
     
    What has to be done to correct this?
