We have a problem with the invite feature of the Live Support Software. We have a multiple domain license, the chat software and the relevant three websites are on the same server. Two of the websites are on a domain other than the domain, on which the chat software is parked. Here the invite feature does not work. However, it works fine on the website that is on the same domain as the chat software. For the two websites where the invite feature is not working, also only IE users are tracked in the operator software.
How can this problem be resolved? Would it require that the chat software is installed three times, i.e. for each domain? And if yes, can they all be accessed using only one instance of the operator software?
The monitor-script we are using is the cross-domain one.
