Dear CuteSoft Support Team

We are currently facing the problem of user's state not correctly being shown in cute chat.

- Some user appear off-line even while I am chatting with them!
- Others are off-line too, but I know they are logged in our system. If I send a message, the respond immediately.

Do you know of a problem in this area? Is there a workaround? How often is the user's state polled?
