No its not any anti virus, the one pc doesnt have any installed, i can provide you with a list of all the errors it comes up with (theres about 6 of them).

 

It is strange, it works on every dnn version except 4, I am going to try install it on dnn 4.3.7 and then upgrade dnn to 4.4 and see what happens.
