What are the user requirements to use the Chat piece? I'm currently evaluating it internally and having some people hit it. Two people did have trouble.  They are both using IE7. For the first person, Chat was thinking it was a downlevel browser.  He then installed Flash and all was OK.  Still haven't got the second one working yet. He also then installed Flash and it's still not allowing him to login.  It just gets stuck on the inital 'loading' screen.  He can use it in Firefox Ok though.

 

So I need to post some requirements for our users once this goes live.. ie must have Flash installed, enable JavaScript, etc or whatever I need to tell them if we run into problems with them logging in, or thinking they're using a downlevel browser when it's IE7. Thanks!
