I was looking for a post on why I kept getting 2 editors to display when I only wanted 1, but I left the forum frustrated that I couldn't find a solution. After scratching my head for a while and thinking that the problem had been created by my own configuration, I began to dig deeper into my web.config and page base that I was inheriting.
This finally led me to the solution to my problem and I hope it helps others from wasting considerable time....
I had this set to false globally in <system.web><pages Buffer="false"></pages>
Once I set it to true at the page level to override my global setting it displayed only 1 editor.
FINALLY I CAN MOVE ON TO THE NEXT PROBLEM!!!
