  I have raised my doubts yesterday regarding customizing tags in the forum but i guess my question was not clear enough. Sorry for the same. We are using cute editor 5.3 with asp.net2.0.I have to generate tags dynamically. I will explain the following two scenarios. Can you tell me it is doable?

 1. I have created one customized button. For example, If the user clicks the 'button1',with some selected text, dynamically i have to put <a id='user selected text'> with the cuteeditor content without the user knowledge an When i call cuteeditor1.text, can I get  these customized tags.

2.  When the user clicks insert hyperlink button, can I load the column values from the database in the target dropdown?
