Name not populating in Customer Profile

    Name not populating in Customer Profile

    From the chat application, I'm having two issues in the Customer Profile section.
     
    1) The "Name" that appears under Customer Profile always appears as "admin".  The url from the site is passing the chat requestor's name and that url is appearing in the "Referrer" box.  However, it doesn't seem to be picking up the name.  Any insight?
     
    2) The "Question" is not populating.  I type a question to request a chat and it is not showing up in the "Question" field of the Customer profile.
     
    Any help would be appreciated.
