Basically all you need to do is to unzip and upload some files to the web server (BY FTP) and update the database connection string.
Can you be more specific as to what files need uploading?
There an awful lot of files. Surely things like the VS Solution files don't need to be on the webserver?
Is there a guide explaining what should go where?
