The "Question:" field on the Customers tab

    The "Question:" field on the Customers tab

    In order for someone to request a chat they must enter text in the box that reads "Question" and then hit the "Request Chat" button.  That SHOULD popluate the "Question:" field on the chat application on the "Customers" tab.  However, it's not populating when I do it.  HOWEVER, if I close the chat box and do that process over again, the question IS appearing in the chat application.
     
    Is this a bug?
     
    I could supply a screenshot and email to someone if I'm not being clear.
