When I copy and paste links or type in links

 

It stripts it.

 

For example

 

<a href="http://cutesoft.net//HR/jobs.htm">http://intranet/HR/jobs.htm</a>

 

It stripped out the http://intranet/HR/jobs.htm from the saved text. What setting do I have to disable to stop this from happening?
