Howdy,

Noticed an issue (and from searching, this was raised back then in 2004), when inserting an Anchor, on firefox it wraps the anchor name with single quotes.
For instance inserting an anchor name Test will generate the following code:
<a name="'test'" id="'test'">

This only happens with Firefox, IE is fine.
