The structure looks like this:

 

http://www.nlcf.org/bin/   contains the dll and license file

http://www.nlcf.org/ministries/newman/   contains the default_cs.aspx file

http://www.nlcf.org/ministries/newman/gallery/   contains the jpg photos

 

All the directories are physical. The folderPath parameter in the tag is set to "gallery/". The tag can apparently see it and write to it (to create the xml file to begin with).
