Cute Editor is not a javaScript editor.
Many properies, security setting of Cute Editor are defined in the server side. It can't be called in the client side.
For example, if you have a web site and only want admin can upload the images.
If Cute Editor can be defined in the client side, any one can upload/delete your images.
