1. Is it possible to customize visitor information (add/change/remove fields) in Console? I have to find a product like Cute Live Console but with possibility to display some additional information from our company customer database. The requirement is to allow operator to see the additional information while chatting with visitor.

2. If the answer for 1 question is "yes", then how can I do that?

3. If the answer for 1 question is "no", then is it possible to get source code (I have not found Source Code License for Cute Live Console) of Cute Live Console so as I be able to modify the product?
