We have the editor on a DNN site.  When a user uploads a file via the editor, it will not show up in DNN's file manager.  If a file is uploaded via the File Manager in DNN, then it won't show up in the text editor file manager.  Any ideas on how to fix this?  Is anyone else experiencing this problem as well?
