I bought a developer licence and I received a cuteeditor.lic file.
Now we need to transfer a website based on a CMS we developed around your control to a customer that will host the website on his own.
If we want cuteeditor to work we must distribute the licence file as well, but essentially we are giving away our licence.
The customer will be able to download cuteeditor and use it in other projects.
Is it allowed?

Is there a way to make cuteedit work without distributing our licence, like using a serial key in the code like in other products?
