Is there a specific setting in IIS 6 with ASP.NET 2.0 to enable this handler. I have followed the installation instructions and the control finds the .lic file and attempts to load. It appears the the handler file is not working correctly as the js files and images are not loading. The folder is in the root as defined. Any help is appreciated.
