I got the cute editor 5.3 for try, I liked it and I paid for it, I applied the license as in your guides and walkthroughs. I stoped working on the project for a month or two, and when I started working on it again it gave an error as below:

as I red back in your documentations I can use this license to develop my
I tried to go back to the old license "The Trial License" and when I did that, it gave me the following error:

now what is the problem guys? I sent you messages and no response, I still working on localhost, didnt upload yet.
