I'd like to be able to set values in the Web.Config, or anywhere so that all instances of CuteEditor in my project contain certain values.

For instance I'd like BreakElement="P" and ThemeType="Office2003" among many others set once, globally, so I don't have to remember every time I create an instance of CuteEditor to set these values. Is this possible? I tried in appSettings with key="CuteEditorBreakElement" value="P" which didn't work.
