Using the CuteEditor for ASP v6, I'm having a slight issue with the "paste from word," "paste as plain text," and "clean up formatting."  When users write up text in word, and uses the "paste from word" button (or pastes in, i set the default paste action to be paste as plain text)

Note the differences in the quotes, between the first "written in editor" versus the other two.  Instead of being straight up and down, they are special characters (slanted quotes).  My problem with this is when an email is sent with the content created here by the CuteEditor.  Microsoft Outlook cannot read these special characters, they show up as strange characters (refer to screenshots below)!
