I have searched for the location to put this and came up with this comment in another post.

 

 <appSettings>
  <add key="CuteChat.DisableZipCompress" value="true" />
 </appSettings>

I do not have the <appsettings> key

Do I just drop it anywhere inside the configuration? I assume I will have to restart my IIS services as well.
