Thanks for the reply, but I'm afraid it's not helped as we've been referring to those documents all day.

 

We've tried to explain to your tech support person that we need the session ID variables or the class file for making an auto login for admin/members.  The site doesn't use CS or other pre-built system, it's a custom site, so the code examples aren't much use.

 

We've got the software working, and we have integrated the CuteChat DB with our own DB, but we're not able to code the link between the two because we do not have that info.
