I deleted the ver 5 folder and copied the framework 2.0 folders over along with the dlls in the bin folder. I kept my original lic file.

 

I get the error: Could not load file or assembly 'CuteEditor, Version=5.3.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=3858aa6802b1223a' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
