I can reproduce this in Firefox 2.0, Internet Explorer 6.0, Internet Explorer 7.0 and Opera 9.2, all on Windows XP SP2.

Just type something in the area on http://phphtmledit.com/javascript-submit.php and then click the submit button within one second. You'll see that the modifications that were made in the last seconds, are not submitted.

You can also reproduce this at http://phphtmledit.com/JavaScript-API.php. Just type something and you'll see that Test CuteEditor_OnChange is only updated each few seconds, and not directly. I think that the hidden textarea field is updated at the same time that CuteEditor_OnChange is fired.
