This message usually results from one of the following scenario:

1. NetSpell can't find the Dictionary Folder .

Solution:

Make sure you specify the Dictionary Folder in your web.config which is required by NetSpell.

      <appSettings>
         <addkey="DictionaryFolder"value="bin"/>
      </appSettings>
