I am sure it is correct. I have uploaded the javascript file, swf file, xml file, and images folder into the same file.  I got the same structure to work on another site where I could insert the swf directly. On our site, I have to use the CuteEditor to insert the swf after it is uploaded, and something doesn't work. The first frame of the movie loads, but then it is not calling the images and text from the xml doc and images folder.
