    2. If you can't reproduce the problem in the above example, please upload this file to your server.
     
    3. If you can't reproduce the problem in the example running on your server,  you have to debug your project.
     
    4. If you can reproduce the problem, something on your server may cause the problem. Please check your server.

    2. I have uploaded the file again to the server in our application. The encoding does not happen. If the demo is standalone on our server, it works.
     
    Clearly, this is an issue of the CE code having a conflict with something in our application globally. So, my question remains, does this encoding happen in Javascript on the client side or does it happen after the postback server side? Do you have any known conflicts with other third party controls that would cause this? Where do I look?
