    Just transfered a CMS app to a new server and found Dialogs missing, color picker missing etc.
     
    Fix is to set "Enable Parent Paths" in IIS 6 Manager. Wheras in IIS 5 this was enabled by default it's now disabled by default.
     
    To find setting open Properties dialog box for website in II6 and go...
     
    Properties > Home Directory > Configuration > Options > Enable Parent Paths.
