I have tested your website.
It seems that the server would be reseted for an unknown reason.
Not the ASP.NET , but the IIS reseted.
Because I get a network error at first .
Have you tested the LiveSupportWeb on a development PC ?
I think the conversations with customers make the server down.
So , it should be :
1. When do not chat the customers , the LiveSupport agent software would not report disconnected.
2. When start chat with the customers , both the customers and the LiveSupport agent software would disconnected.
If so , please send some to Adam. that would help us to find the reason.
