We have noticed that in the Live Support Operator client v1.0.0.0 the customers window and taskbar notification always displays "(anonymous)" after Customer name.  We are properly passing the Customer name and it is being displayed, but always followed by "(anonymous)". 

 

Would you please tell me what setting needs to be adjusted in order to remove this "(anonymous)" text?
